Since last week’s update on flexible furlough arrangements, MILS members have been asking for details about what should be in the written agreement to put an employee on flexible furlough. We now attach a template that can be adapted.
We would stress that as the Government guidance is updated constantly the attached document remains a work in progress and may need to be adapted or further details added if there are further stipulations from the Government. For now, we hope it assists.
