Trainers:
Gina Small as head of chambers and Yvonne Sutherland are both barristers for King’s Bench Chambers in Plymouth.  They practise in all areas of family law with particular expertise in both Private and Public Law proceedings at all judicial levels, representing parents, children’s guardians and local authorities.

The Aim of the training programme:
The aim of the training will be to provide a case law update on all aspects of both private and public Children Act law. The training will also involve consideration and discussion of case studies with a view to assisting family practitioners, whether solicitors or mediators, in finding the best possible solutions for their clients. The course would be suitable for all levels of practitioners.

CPD: 2 Law Society CDP hours will be available.
